This 2-bedoom waterside, bach-like Cottage is nestled along the water’s edge at the bottom of Raglan’s main street, with the shops, cafes only 50 meters from your doorstep. Upstairs you'll find bedroom with queen bed, ensuite & private deck with views to the water. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining & living area with French doors opening out to your own courtyard. The second bedroom is found downstairs, with an accessible bathroom/ensuite. The space Our Cottage is the perfect base for a small family or group to explore Raglan. We are primely located. Just a 1 minute walk to the water for a high tide swim, a stroll, or simply to relax. 'Orca Restaurant' is a 1 min walk across the road, café 'The Shack' a 3 min walk, all the gorgeous shops such as "Atamira', 'Kanuka' to name just a few. Your literally a minutes walk to all that the Raglan town has to offer, along with the beautiful water and walks right outside your doorstep. The Cottage has a kitchen with oven, dishwasher, large fridge, and standard cookware. The downstairs bedroom has two single beds, with an accessible bathroom/ensuite. The Cottage can accommodate maximum 4 people. All linen provided. Fiber internet, Smart TV and off-street parking. A laundromat is a 3 minute walk if required. I have had Bow Street since 2009, and I was raised in Raglan. You collect your key from a lock box, which you will be given a code and instructions for. My cellphone number is also given to you for any emergencies. Other things to note The downstairs bathroom has been designed to fit a wheelchair, so isn't the classic bathroom set up. Both bathrooms are okay, but I hope to upgrade at some stage in the future.
