Kentwood Road Vacation Spot in Port St Lucie

Stay at our lovely Port St. Lucie home, a comfortable and airy space big enough for groups, family getaways or friends on vacation. The house is located within a private community, it's quiet and outfitted with everything you might need. The house is located a short drive from several Port St Lucie beaches, the PGA Village Golf Resort and the New York Mets Spring Training camp. The space This house has three bedrooms with a queen bed in each. There are two bathrooms, including one in the master bedroom. There is also a washer and dryer for your use. Kitchen is outfitted with all the basic tools and available for your use. Please clean and return things to their place. The house also has a screened outdoor patio with outdoor furniture and an overheard fan. The patio is the perfect place for your morning coffee or an evening nightcap. The driveway can fit two cars and there is on street parking if needed. We also have a grill available in the backyard. Guest access House has WiFi. There are two large screen televisions. Other things to note Please note the following rules: House Parties: House parties are not allowed. Occupancy is strictly limited to the sleeping capacity of the house. Maximum sleeping capacity is noted on your reservation. Management reserves the right to enter the rental property anytime to investigate disturbances, check occupancy and/or check for damages. Smoking Policy: Our homes are smoke-free homes. Guests can request location information upon check-in. The non-smoking policies, which include e-cigarettes, apply to the entire home. If a smoking violation occurs in a non-smoking unit, the guest will be charged a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee.  Damages: Each guest will be financially responsible for damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear. As hosts we reserve the right to collect $100 security deposit fee if items are damaged or missing from the home. Linens: A basic supply of linen is provided in each property. Bed linen and bath towels are not changed during your stay. The start-up set of toilet tissue and trash bags are not replenished.  Furnishings: Furnishings are subject to change without notice. Loss of these items as well as damage to the unit or furnishings in excess of normal wear will be charged to you, the renter. If you require special appliances or equipment, please bring them with you. As hosts we reserve the right to collect $100 security deposit fee if items are damaged or missing from the home. Maintenance: Please report any malfunctioning equipment or damage as soon as possible to your check-in location. Every effort will be made to correct the situation as soon as possible. Repairmen may enter the premises during business hours for purposes connected with repair, care, or maintenance of the rental property.Pets:Pets are not permitted in any rental unit. A pet, or evidence of a pet, will result in forfeiture of rent and removal of the guests. Lost and Found: Although we are not responsible for personal items missing or left behind, we will attempt to locate and return them to you. Any unclaimed items will be donated to charity or discarded. CHECK OUT Check out Procedures: Please make sure the kitchen is left clean with all dishes, pots, and pans washed and put back in the appropriate cabinets and trash is removed from the property. Trash receptacles are provided for your convenience. Our housekeepers will strip and remake the beds, replace linens, vacuum, dust, clean the bathrooms, and mop the kitchen floor. If additional cleaning is required, you will be charged.
