Welcome to The Compound, a privately gated, event-friendly vacation home located just steps away from Indio’s Empire Polo Club. This expansive retreat includes two separate houses, offering a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates 18-20 guests. 2 Kings, 5 Queens, 2 Doubles, 1 Sofa Bed. Exceptionally private with no nearby neighbors, this space is perfect for events, birthdays, and groups seeking extra room to enjoy themselves without concerns about noise. The space Set on over an acre, The Compound’s outdoor space is designed for ultimate relaxation and fun. Enjoy the private pool and spa adorned with twinkling string lights, lounge on the poolside chairs, or gather around the covered dining area for 12 guests. The outdoor amenities also feature a BBQ grill, ping pong table, cornhole and oversized checkers. The lush yard showcases old-growth date palms, citrus trees, and desert cacti. Inside, the Main House offers a spacious open-concept layout ideal for group gatherings. The living room boasts comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and a TV, seamlessly connecting to the game room equipped with a pool table, seating area, record player, and mini fridge. The fully equipped kitchen includes place settings, flatware, glassware, and all the essentials for meal preparation, while the dining area features built-in seating for 10, plus 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar. The Main House comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Primary Suite features a King bed, TV, and an en suite bath. Bedroom 2 offers a King bed, TV, and shared hall bathroom. Suite 3 has 2 Queen beds, and en suite bath. Bedroom 4 has 2 Queen beds, and shares the hall bath with Bedroom 2. There is an additional sofa bed in the game room. The 2-bedroom Guest House provides additional privacy and comfort. It includes a full kitchen, dining area for 4 plus 2 at the bar, and a living room with a TV. Bedroom 1 features a Queen bed, while Bedroom 2 has 2 Double beds. A full bath with a shower completes this space. Additional features include wireless internet, high-quality linens, bath and pool towels, a starter set of soaps in each bathroom, and a fully equipped laundry room. Lots of parking for 10+ cars. The location of The Compound is unbeatable, with direct proximity to the Coachella Music and Arts Festival—just across the street! It’s also a short drive to Old Town La Quinta, known for its restaurants, shops, live music, farmer’s market, and events. Other nearby attractions include The Indian Wells Tennis Gardens (6 miles away), the famous El Paseo shopping district (10 miles), and easy access to Interstate 10 for trips to Palm Springs, casinos, and other Coachella Valley destinations. Permit #25430 Guest access The front black gate at the property can be opened manually by pushing it. A front door code will be provided, usually the last four digits of your phone number. Please call or text us at least an hour before your arrival. Other things to note Please note that there is a $50 daily fee to heat the pool, which is not included in the quoted price. Rates may be higher during holidays and special events. A minimum stay of 4-5 nights may apply during peak seasons, holidays, and events. For last-minute bookings, a minimum stay of 2 nights applies. Events are permitted with prior approval from the owner—contact us to inquire about our event package. Here are answers to some frequently asked questions: Payment: To complete your booking, you will need to pay the full amount upfront. The payment is processed immediately, but I receive it only after your arrival. Unfortunately, we do not offer a deposit option.
