The poster beds, wooden cupboards, tiles and rugs all add to the Portuguese Renaissance interiors and architecture. With all the vintage vibes it offers, it also offers modern amenities. There’s a pool, lawn, bar, library, etc. so you have enough things to keep you entertained. You can also enjoy a bonfire while soaking in the forest views. To that effect, we provide - AC, Wi-Fi, TV - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, medical kit, games - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Parking space for up to 2 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor. - AC, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - The 3 rooms on the first and second floor have balconies. BATHROOMS - There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 4 attached and 1 common powder room. - All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room on the ground floor seats up to 5 people. - It has a music system, AC, TV and Wi-Fi. - The dining room seats up to 6 people. - The pool is 4 ft deep and can be used from 9 AM to 6 PM. KITCHEN -  Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. - The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, water purifier, toaster, refrigerator, mixer-grinder, electric kettle and a microwave. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Guests can also eat out at nearby restaurants like Calamari Bathe & Binge, Cafe Chocolatti, Bomra’s, De Candolim Deck Restaurant & Bar, Cafe Coffee Day, Cohiba Bar & Kitchen, Republic of Noodles, Siddhu Family Restaurant, Fat Panda Chinese Kitchen, Arthur’s Theme and SouthI. - A chef can be arranged at additional charge, subject to availability. - The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards, carrom and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This is a pet-friendly property. - There is a friendly resident dog at the same property. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 6 hours. - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Airtel/Jio/Vodafone work fairly well here. - Property have steep steps at entrance ADDITIONAL COSTS - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.  Registration Details HOT23NI0587
