Supermarket 3 mins. walk. City and nature in one. The space The Villa-Hufeland is centrally located in Berlin-Buch and yet very quiet. Our house is in a cul de sac. Therefore, there is no through traffic. Secure parking next to the building. With us you will not be disturbed by aircraft noise. Go cozy 8 in minutes of us through the beautiful Hufeland area for Helios clinic or Science Campus. In 3 minutes you are in the mall with a large supermarket. If you prefer bio goods, we have next door an attractive health food store, by noon you can take a warm meal. On the former artist court (now Bucher Stadtgut), 3 min. away from us, you will find the oldest house in Berlin-Buch, the house of the old squire. They have an attractive cafe and regular cultural events. 200m from our house begins Bucher Castle Park and right after you encounter the Bucher S-Bahn station (7 min. Walk). The S-Bahn trains running every 10 min. intervals directly to Friedrichstraße (Berlin Centre). You are in 25 min. directly in Berlin-Mitte without worrying about parking. A single ticket costs € 2.70. The apartment, Cy Twombly, with real Holzpakett has a separate kitchen with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, separate oven, kettle, coffee maker and much more. A separate high floor with double bed and an additional sofa bed and dining table. A beautiful bathroom with a glass shower invites you to freshen up. They have TV with a DVD and a computer for wireless connection. You have enough space by built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers to hang clothes or put into compartments. The house is surrounded by a romantic garden of about 3000sqm. Here feel many birds, including the great spotted woodpecker and the nightingale, native. In the morning come the squirrels and evening stromert the hedgehog through the garden. We have many spaces inspired by nature, so feel as many animals in our home. A particular focus is our 80sqm garden pond. Here you can watch frogs in the summer and watch dragonflies. Guest access The special feature of this apartment is additional separate entrance through the patio door. For longer stays, there is a washing machine and drying rack. You have your own terrace with lovely views of the garden pond. Other things to note The Villa-Hufelandhaus is cult. Built by architect Ludwig Hoffmann (1852-1932) for the chief physician of the hospital in 1907, come to us each year film production companies.
