Casa da Moita is a family villa, consisting of three floors and comfortably accommodates up to seven people. This house is ideal for those looking for moments of rest in a rural environment, through contact with nature and in an atmosphere that excels in quality and comfort. Situated in the heart of the village, Casa da Moita offers direct contact with rural life, vegetable gardens, animals, river beaches and mountains. The space The house consists of three floors: ground floor, 1st floor and attic. On the ground floor is located the kitchen, dining room, also a seating area, and bathroom with bathtub. On the 1st floor, also with direct entrance from the outside, is the living room, 2 double bedrooms and a service bathroom. The attic has a double bed, a single and in an area with a work/leisure table, a small sofa bed that can be used by a child. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric boiler, citrus juicer, Nespresso machine, magic wand, toaster and all the necessary utensils for its use. The house has 4 electric heaters (one per floor and one in the main bathroom) and 2 wood-burning salamanders that heat the whole house. The wood is provided by us and is stored in a place close to the house, but the baskets will be full on the day of check in and only the remaining supplies will be made by the guests.
