This spacious 2-bedroom retreat, nestled within the Giant Steps Condos, accommodates up to 8 guests with ease. Kick back in the cozy living room with a warm fireplace, or enjoy a meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and coffee makers. The outdoor patio offers stunning mountain views, ideal for unwinding after a day on the slopes. With The space This condo is comfy and cozy and fully equipped with everything you'll need. We can accommodate 8 people with a King-size bed in the master, a queen bed & twin bunks in the 2nd bedroom and full sleeper sofa in living room, and have flat screen TVs in every room. Giant Steps Condos has a great game room, 2 spas, an underground parking garage, and dumbwaiters in all three buildings, not to mention we are next to the main lift and new tubing park. There is a free shuttle that takes you all around the mountain. Whether summer or winter, Brian Head, Utah has it all. In the winter this small mountain town has great powder skiing, a snowboard park, snowmobiling, and a tubing park. Summertime in Brian Head provides great nature hikes and mountain biking trails with some of the most magnificent overlooks nature can provide. Brian Head has it's own, pond, the 'Bristlecone pond' stocked with trout, and surrounded by a walking trail and picnic pads. Southern Utah is dubbed color country for its beautiful national parks. The Shakespearean Festival takes place all summer just 30 minutes away in Cedar City. For sightseeing Zion National Park is about 69 miles away & Bryce Canyon is about 58 miles.l Guest access Access to entire condo (owner has a few locked off cabinets) Other things to note Thank you for considering us for your stay. This ensures a smooth and secure stay for both parties.    Our properties are stocked and staged for an average 2.5-night stay. While we are happy to accommodate extended stays, please note that we do not regularly replenish consumable amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc. Guests are encouraged to plan accordingly for extended stays or contact our team for any specific needs. We strive to accommodate early check-in or late checkout requests whenever possible. Extended access comes with an additional fee of $50, which assists in covering the expenses related to adjusting our housekeeping schedules for special requests. Our goal is to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Giant Steps Condos are strictly NO PETS. This is an HOA Policy for guests, and if violated they may ask that you vacate the property.
