Cozy Room Times Square + ALL Museums Free Pass

Our apartment, 2 blocks away from Times Square, features lots of sunlight, hardwood floors and exposed brick with an enormous open living-dining area. It is located in the heart of Hell's Kitchen where you can get to any place in NYC roughly within 30 minutes. ALSO, if you stay with us I will provide you with a MUSEUM FREE PASS for 2, where you will be able to get in to all museums for FREE and without having to do any lines!!! Plus a SIM card so you can have 3G and line. ENJOY Sergio Manuel The space Welcome everyone! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Our floor-through -- three bedrooms, one bathroom -- 1,200 square feet apartment is located on the fourth floor WALK-UP building. It will require a little exercise. However, you will find everything you need and it will totally be worth your stay. Your cozy, spacious room features 1 full-size bed where 2 people can comfortably sleep, a dresser, A/C, a desk for using your laptop in the room, and two windows overlooking Manhattan. You will share a bathroom with us. The living-dining area is enormous, with three huge windows. The dining table comfortably fits 6 people. There is a comfy sofa and an armchair from where you can relax and watch our large TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has a microwave, an oven, a blender, a juicer, and coffee machines. You are more than welcome to use our kitchen to cook your own meals and store your own wine, beer, etc. We will have designated space in the fridge for you. Guest access There is just one room for rent on AirBNB in this apartment, so you will be just sharing it with us. The places you DO NOT have access to are: Hosts' bedroom Roof deck I might stay in the living room during your stay, but I always wake up early and go to bed quite late. Other than these, feel free to make the best use of our space. During your stay Montse, Pablo and I will be helping you with arrival and I will be available if you have any questions or issues during your stay. They are gorgeous. We have lived in New York for 3 years, so we have a wealth of knowledge of the city and the neighborhood to share with you: best Thai food, discount/lottery theater tickets, speakeasy bars, etc. We love spending our time in this apartment. We are usually busy, but feel free to interact with us as much or as little as you wish. Since we will be sharing the bathroom, if there is a particular time you have to shower/use the bathroom that night or the next morning, please let us know in advance so we will not be on your way. ENJOY ALSO IMPORTANT. In some occasions if I am not traveling I stay home and SLEEP in the LIVING SOFA, so you can even ask me more things in the mornings and in the afternoons!!!!!
