This is almost like your private apartment. I will need to get in, on brief occasions with some notice, but won't be staying here more than just needing access to get things occasionally . You have a private bedroom with ensuite bath in large apartment located on residential street close to Sunset and Highland. Easy walking distance to everything in Hollywood, east or west. off street parking spot -- very very handy for Hollywood. Just right outside the door. The house is 1 block away from nearby bus transit at Santa Monica Boulevard and Wilcox Ave and also express buses at Vine street or Highland. The metro is Hollywood and Vine, (the Red Line) Zip cars are also available in the Hollywood area. The bus to Union Station takes about 20-25 minutes. So does the metro. Parking space often available but plenty of street parking too. I am going to be away for most of the stay. Need occasional access with amole notice and safe distancing. A lease will be required to be signed that states above. Fabulous, historic neighborhood and community. This part of Hollywood used to be called " Colegrove" and has some historic houses on it. Very thriving kind of energy, but also quiet. So close to all the buzz in Hollywood. Hollywood is changing by the day, and its an amazing place to explore right now. Tons of places to eat, drink, hang out, have coffee. Close to gyms , movies, all sorts of stores, shops boutiques, and every possible kind of food cheap and expensive both. Excellent public transit available. -- Buses one block away and metros within walking distance ( ten minute walk) at Hollywood and Vine. Very close to Universal. Uber and Lyft are two minute waits. I will give prior notice to come in ( 24 hours) and it will often be during the afternoon- only 1-2 times per month. I will keep this to a minimum and work out the details with you in advance -- otherwise you can be assured of privacy and no surprises. Three will be shared written agreement required attached to this booking. no pets or extra people can enter the apartment unless extra people are cleared in advance and host is notified. No exceptions please NO smoking anywhere on property Guest must give proof of other legal residency. No mail or packages can be accepted at this address. There is a U- PS up the street on Wilcox which has mailboxes and can accept all packages. No exceptions All house rules must be agreed to for an extension to be granted to amount of days. If any house rules are broken there will be no extension. 1 - 2 cleanings come with this stay per month- on a bi- monthly basis. An $85 will be charged ea month (after first month) and the host will take care of the rest. The times of entry for cleaning will be agreed upon to suit your schedule, but the cleanings must take place. We need two days notice to give cleaners for scheduling. (They do not do dishes etc.... but will be cleaning the apartment/ changing sheets and towels etc. )
