Clean, quite home. Covered porch with sitting area. Standard 10 x 10 room. Playground and hiking trails are on the block. Restaurants and shopping are in walking distance. Dart rail is close by. There is a coffee bar, hot plate, and microwave for guest use. There is a small refrigerator in the room with 2 complimentary waters for guest. The space Upstairs private bedroom with smart tv, desk, window seat, and comfy chair. The living room, bathroom, dining room and porch are shared spaces. Guest access Guest are welcome to watch tv in the living room. Use of the dining room is welcomed and laundry room is available for a small fee. During your stay I will usually be on the property and quick to answer calls or text. Other things to note We have 2 small dogs that are kept behind a gate and do not have access to guest spaces. We have 2 cats who roam the house and are very friendly.
