The space Condo Layout: 1 Bedrooms / 1 Bathrooms / Sleeps 4. Top floor walkup unit. Kitchen: Fully stocked with dishwasher, cookware and of course a coffee pot and toaster! Living Room: Couch that converts into a queen size sleeper sofa plus flatscreen TV with cable. 2 Decks: Access condo through Deck, seating for 4 people, spectacular views of the Ocean. Private Balcony off master bedroom with views of the wetlands. Laundry: Stackable Washer and Dryer in Hall Closet. Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, closet, TV with cable, attached bath with shower/tub combo. Parking for 1 car: Must display parking pass given at check-in. Condo Amenities: Pool, charcoal grills, and picnic area/swings. Guest access Nightly Rental Requirements: Peak Season three-night requirement. Off Season two-night requirement. Off Season monthly rentals (mid-Sept. – mid-May). Arrival/Departure: Keyed entry. You will need to stop by the office for check-in. Check-In: 4:00. Check-Out: 10:00AM. You may call our office to see if an early check-in/late check-out is available. Early check-in/Late check-out fee is $25 per hour.
