The space 🏡Property Description – Welcome to our VIP beachfront villa, where every stay is a unique experience. Designed for families and small groups of up to 8 people, the villa offers spacious terraces, a private pool, breathtaking sea views, and comfortable living spaces: Two double bedrooms (two single beds each) measuring approximately 8 square meters. A double bedroom measuring approximately 12 square meters is located at the end of the left corridor, around the corner. It has no door, but curtains ensure privacy. All double bedrooms are on the same floor, near the entrance, and are served by two spacious bathrooms. The two double bedrooms offer direct sea views. We kindly ask guests to keep the house clean and tidy; any litter or insufficient cleaning may result in additional cleaning costs of up to €200. In accordance with Spanish law, the local tourist tax of €3 per person per night must be paid in cash upon arrival in euros. Failure to do so will result in check-in being denied. You will receive all the necessary documentation before check-in. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. There are no shared spaces. The house includes air conditioning, Gym, BBQ zone fully equipped , two swiming pool, solarium, Wi-Fi, TV, a fully equipped kitchen (with utensils, fridge, oven, dishwasher), washing machine, towels, and bed linen. The bed in the main bedroom is waterbed, the others have standard mattresses.Every room is designed for comfort and privacy. Other things to note Before check-in, each guest must complete a mandatory form in compliance with local tourism and safety regulations. The form also includes the acceptance of the house rules (which are listed in the property description). It is important to read and accept all terms before arrival.
