Modern Penthouse with Large Terrace in Poblenou

Poblenou is currently one of the trendiest and most vibrant areas in Barcelona. Its privileged location makes it an ideal place to live, work, or enjoy a vacation. Everything is within reach: the beach, excellent restaurants, shops, and great connections to the rest of the city. The space The apartment features a beautiful terrace with a lounge area and two comfortable sun loungers. You can access the terrace from both the living room and the master bedroom. Our apartment is a spacious 110m² penthouse, located on the top floor of a modern building with an elevator. It has three double bedrooms, each with two single beds, and two full bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a large bathtub. The living room is fully equipped and includes two sofa beds, providing additional space for a seventh and eighth guest. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all kinds of meals and includes appliances such as a dishwasher and dryer for added convenience. The apartment has central air conditioning and heating, ensuring maximum comfort in any season. Additionally, high-speed Wi-Fi is available through a fiber optic connection. The location is ideal: the beach is within walking distance, and the area is well-connected by public transportation, making it easy to reach any part of the city. There is also an excellent bike rental service. In the surrounding area, you will find a wide variety of shops and stores offering high-quality products, as well as numerous restaurants, terraces, and tapas bars where you can enjoy the local cuisine. Guest access The apartment is located in a new residential building. There is an elevator in the building. Other things to note Included services: Basic kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as toilet paper, are provided as a courtesy upon arrival. If you need to replenish these items during your stay, it will be at your own expense. We do not provide food items such as water, salt, oil, pepper, coffee, or tea, as we do not have the necessary permits to serve food. Bedding and towels: Beds will be made up and ready for sleeping. Each guest will receive two personal towels: one bath towel and one hand towel. Self-check-in: Arrivals outside of regular hours have no additional cost, thanks to the self-check-in system with an electronic lock. Security deposit: A security deposit is required, and the amount is specified in the listing. It must be paid before arrival using the Swikly service. About Swikly: Swikly allows you to easily and securely deposit the security bond online using just a bank card number. No charge will be made to the guest’s bank account; only a potential charge will be authorized in case of damages. Bank fees for the deposit (1% of the deposit amount) are the responsibility of the guest and will be charged directly by Swikly at the time of accepting the authorization. The deposit must be completed no later than one month before the start of the stay through a link provided by the owner. Damage deposit charge: If the property is found to be in good cleaning condition and without damages after the stay, the bank details will be deleted. In case of damage or missing items, the owner will notify and Swikly will manage the collection of damages. This will include the corresponding amount plus an additional 5.6% for handling costs.
