We are only one minute off of Interstate 70 so access East and West along the valley is quick and easy. Guest access The entire space is yours to use. 2,500 sq/ft with beautiful North, East and West views. A two story setup with a North facing deck off of the 3rd bedroom. Plenty of room for three full sized vehicles on the concrete pad in front of the main entrance. Plenty of additional parking on the property for oversize vehicles, trailers or additional guests. Other things to note The Orchard is in full production so there will be workers tending to it from time to time. Although they are not present very often, it is very impressive to see them work as masterfully as they do making short work of the very labor-intensive tasks. Wintertime has pruning and shaping the trees. Spring is when the buds or small fruit are thinned to maximize production. The large wind machines may run through the early morning hours if the potential for freezing is present in this stage of growth. A second pass to thin out the trees is made in early summer. Harvest is typically throughout August and early September. Other small projects happen throughout the year with irrigating and maintaining the orchard. We keep an extremely clean place so everyone can enjoy it allergy free. Unfortunately, we can’t allow pets inside and maintain that environment, so no pets allowed. If you ever have any questions, please feel free to ask.
