First floor: - A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV and a large fireplace (wood not provided) as well as a dining area with a convivial dining table that can accommodate up to 4 people. - A kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: central island with two stools, fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee pod. - A laundry room with a washing machine. Second floor, equipped with an air conditioner: - Bedroom 1: a Queen-Size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: a single bed and a pull-out bed (3 beds possible), ideal for children. - A bathroom with a corner bath, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a toilet.
