Welcome to the Hubbard House at Bowers Beach! Located minutes from Route 1, this relaxing little town is a hidden gem. Enjoy the bay breezes and water view from the two large decks, or walk a short distance to sit on the beach. Property is conveniently located between Dover (casino, racetrack) and the tax-free outlets further south, and within 10 minutes of DE Turf Sports Complex. The space Inverted floor plan highlights game room (ping pong, air hockey, bball and darts) on the top floor with wall-to-wall sliders to enjoy the view of the bay. This is a sleepy beach town. There isn't much locally besides a small bar and seasonal restaurant at the end of the street. Well-behaved pets are welcome and will enjoy the large fenced back yard. Guest access The entire house is yours! Other things to note Limited availability - book early! There are TVs in the bedrooms but no cable or streaming devices - available if you bring your own. The TV in the main living area will be set up with Roku Guest access, so you can sign in with your own accounts and you will automatically be signed out when you leave.
