Large executive style house with water view from all levels. 2 minute walk to public access boat dock and shore line. Large covered deck with gas bbq. Large private yard with a fire pit and ample parking. The area is abundant with golf courses, atv/snowmobile/hiking/skiing and mountain biking trails. 20 minutes away from Canada's second largest fresh water beach Sauble Beach and 60 minutes away from Tobermory and the Niagra Escarpment Biosphere. IT MIGHT BE DUSTY, DUE TO THE ROAD BEING RECHIPPED The space The garage and furnace room are locked as I use them for personal storage. The rest of the house is all yours. The house comes equipped with satellite TV (shaw), wifi, 3 smart TVs for watching Netflix, You tube et al. Pots and pans, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker. If needed I have other equipment that can be used such as an instapot, sous vide, rotisserie, small pizza oven, buffet servers for large gatherings,30 minute ice cream maker ( great for making slushys/pina colodas ). Other things to note The garage is used for my personal storage so it is off limits. Thanks.
