The studio combines burnt concrete and wood to create a cosy atmosphere full of character: a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a hydromassage shower and a small dining area. Outside lies the heart of the house: a shared garden with an urban vegetable patch, a barbecue, various seating areas and a seasonal hot tub (1 May–30 September). A peaceful oasis between two metro stations, just a few minutes from the city centre. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to their private studio. The following areas and services are shared with other guests: Lush garden. Barbecue. Outdoor leisure areas. Additional services (subject to a charge and booking): Shared laundry: Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 19:30 (closed on Sundays). Wash and dry €4, wash only €3, dry only €1.50. Keys at reception, maximum load 9 kg. Outdoor jacuzzi: €15 per one hour session, up to 3 guests from the same house. Book at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Open from 1 May to 30 September. After that date, opening depends on the weather: please check the Ruby Charm Houses app to see if it is open. Other things to note Check-in: from 15:00 to 00:00. Between 00:00 and 02:00 we wait at no extra cost in case of flight delays, as long as your arrival time has been arranged with us. Late check-in, after 02:00: €40, on prior request through Airbnb messages. Check-out: from 08:00 to 11:00. Flexible times, subject to availability: early check-in from 11:30 to 15:00, €40; late check-out from 11:30 to 14:30, €40. Arrival time: please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance. Documents: photo ID and a credit card at check-in. Security deposit: €200 on arrival, by credit card, fully refundable at check-out after the house has been checked.
