A fully furnished 46 sqm 2 bedroom corner condo unit with 2 queen sized beds. Close to restobars and family-friendly activities, it straddles both Greenfield and Ortigas Districts and is at the geographic center of Metro Manila. It is diagonally across Shangri-La Plaza Mall, near Pavilion Mall, SM Megamall, Edsa MRT Station, and the Greenfield Night Market. You’ll love my place because of its views that a corner unit offers, the comfy bed, the neat little kitchen, and its great value for money. Guest access Guests can use the swimming pool and fitness center for free. Upto 5 pax. Other things to note 1. Our condo admin requires a minimum stay of 2 nights, and vax cards of each guest. 2. To minimize exposure and induce social distancing, an RFID card will be issued to guests staying more than a night. You might need to register at the admin ofc at the 4th floor for this. The first card will be charged to our account. Extra RFID cards to be paid by guests are available for P150 per card. We are sorry for this inconvenience. 3. IMPORTANT! Please note that the housekeeping personnel will pick up the garbage everyday at 12-1pm and 7-8pm. So please expect them during those times. When you hear a sorbetero bell, take the trash out and give it to them. DO NOT leave the trash bags outside the door. Otherwise, you will be penalized for doing so. IF you wish to dispose of the trash already and missed the scheduled pick up, you can bring it down to Basement 1 where the garbage bins are. 4. Do not hang your clothes to dry at the balcony. There are free laundry cages at the 40th floor if you need to dry them.
