Winter Savings- Private 2-Bedroom Suite in J-ville

Welcome to the Nathe Nest where you’ll enjoy a little piece of heaven in the quaint historic town of Jacksonville. The "Suite" is cozy, convenient, and your "Welcome Baskets" are filled with plush towels and each closet has two robes to make you feel right at home. Owner lives in the main part of the house with an adjoining door to the Sunroom only, it has locks and blinds for privacy. Very rarely do you hear anything from the owners side. EXTRA GUEST FEE over 2 GUESTS $30 PER PERSON/PER NIGHT. The space Guests have access to the common space aka "The Sunroom". There is plenty of seating, the "Kitchenette" has a 2-burner stove and small sink (NO OVEN), a Refrigerator, a "Coffee/Tea Bar" that includes a Kuerig, Microwave, Toaster, Air Fryer/Liners, Electric Kettle to the heat water for a variety of teas or make some oatmeal. The Sunroom DOES NOT HAVE A TV. Guest Room A includes a Serta Queen size bed that is a little on the firmer side, dual side heating pad for comfort in the cold winter nights, night tables one with USB outlets, desk/chair with USB outlets, TV with Cable, WiFi, Adjustable Ceiling Fan, Dresser, Closet w/Hangers, Suitcase Rack and Robes. Locking door with your own key. Guest Room B includes a Pillow Top Queen size bed that is a little on the softer side, dual side heating pad for comfort in the cold winter nights, night tables one with USB outlets, desk/chair with USB outlets, TV with Cable, WiFi, Adjustable Ceiling Fan, Dresser, Closet w/Hangers, Suitcase Rack and Robes. Locking door with your own key. Guest Room A and Guest Room B SHARE ONE FULL BATH (DESIGNED FOR PRIVACY!!) Guest access Just out the back French doors there is a patio with a table & chairs. There is Parking for Guests (Owner will guide you to that space when you reserve). One mile walk to downtown. There are many reasons you may want to stay here whether it be that you are a Tourist, a Solo Adventurer, needing a much needed Couples Get-a-way, the renowned Girls Retreat, an Outdoor Adventurist or just needing to make a quick Business Trip. If available long term (30+ days) stays can be negotiated for traveling medical personnel or business professional. CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OLD NEED TO BE APPROVED BY OWNER/Not a child friendly property. Other things to note THE “GUEST SUITE” RULES: *People, other than those that are in the Guest party set forth in the reservation, may not visit or stay overnight in the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. *The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite on the premise. *Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. *Only use appliances for their intended uses. *Unfortunately Pets are NOT allowed!! This property is NOT pet friendly. *There are two designated parking spots available up on the road, PLEASE DO NOT PULL DOWN THE PRIVATE DRIVEWAY. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. *There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the rooms, daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be removed from premise. A fee will be applied if any are missing. *Please respect City Ordinance “No excessive noise is allowed in the City between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am.” *Please be respectful of our neighbors, no loud and large gatherings on the property. This property is designed for a retreat like setting. Respect the other guests, owner and neighbors by limited loud noises, music, etc.
