This comfortable home provides you and your family an excellent vacation in the Disney area. Less than 5 miles from Disney you can safely find your home to go rest, after you enjoy a terrific day in the theme parks - Disney, Universal, Sea World and all places you can visit in this fantastic place. Our home is in the closed community Windsor Palms Resort that provides you with a clubhouse with various entertainments for you and your family. The space The villa is furnished and decorated to a very high standard to offer our guests a wonderful vacation experience. The kitchen is fully equipped, dryer and wash machine, Linens Provided. Our property has 4 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms each have bathrooms en-suite), the social bathroom sits between the two bedrooms with the twin beds. It supports 8 people, pool heating (optional), electrical barbecue, complete kitchen, TV room, complete laundry, a beautiful game room (pool table, air hockey and football), free Wi-Fi Internet Connection, cable TV and telephone with local calls. We are approximately four Miles from Disney World. Bedrooms: 4 Bedrooms, Sleeps 8 (1 King size bed, 1 Queen size Bed, 4 Twin Beds) + 3 Bathrooms with Cable TV all of bedrooms and the living room. 🐶 Pets are welcome upon request for a fee of $125 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets. 🛟 POOL/SPA HEATER: Please note the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function in weather near freezing temperatures (around 50F). The pool takes 24 hours to reach a comfortable temperature. It is set at 87•F to reach 95•F. The service must be required at least 72h prior to your arrival. This service is ONLY available between October and May. Heater fee (it will apply for the whole stay) - $50.00 per day or $300.00 per week. 🍖 BBQ grill available for your usage at the cost of $80.00 for all your stay. ** Propane tank replacement is under guest's responsibility** Please request may be done at least 48 hours from check in. ** Pack N Play , High Chair and Stroller available upon request.
