Located in a rustic 1500s building with an independent entrance and completely renovated in 2016. Giulia's house consists of a bright veranda that surrounds the entrance and the living room-kitchen area, two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and a large bathroom with shower. The apartment has free wifi, air conditioning, a separate entrance, and a private parking space. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment for their exclusive use, as well as the private balcony and the parking space reserved for them. The apartment has a separate entrance, and every interior room shown in the photos –including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom– is completely private. The courtyard and parking area are shared with the other guests of the building. However, each apartment has a reserved parking space, as well as a separate entrance to ensure maximum comfort and privacy during your stay. Other things to note La Casa di Giulia does not have a reception. We therefore ask you to inform us in advance of the approximate time of your arrival, so that you can be present for the delivery of the keys and avoid long waits.
