The space Sleeping Areas: One Master bedroom with a queen size bed, two bedrooms with full size beds each, one bedroom with two twin size beds; in addition, there are two sofa beds available. Extra blankets and pillows available. Each bedroom has a small nightstand, a chest; and, a closet for guests to store clothing or other personal items. Kitchen: Fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, stove and all the essential needs. Bathroom: Two bathrooms with all the necessary toiletries and towels. Laundry area: Equipped with washer and dryer. Back porch: Covered back porch with seating area and large backyard. Other things to note Parking: On driveway/Two car garage available. AC/Heating: The house has brand new central A/C and heating. The bedroom with the two twin beds has A/C window unit. CLEANING PROCEDURE: Upon departure of previous guests the house is sprayed with Lysol Disinfectant Spray. The bathroom, kitchen, door knobs, tv remote and hard surfaces are disinfected with a 1000 pp+ clorox solution and cleaned with Simple Green.
