The beach is just a few minutes walking distance, as well as the Casamar Beach Club, and the children's Water Park. You will LOVE your stay in this fabulous beach property The space This beautiful house has 3 bedrooms, one room is located on the ground floor, it has 1 large double bed and its own bathroom, ideal for couples. The other 2 rooms are on the upper floor, in one room there are 2 double beds and in the other there are 2 bunk beds with 6 single beds, on this floor there is a large bathroom and a space with TV and sofa. As you enter Villa Rossana you will find on your left a fully equipped kitchen, on your right a guest bathroom. Then you will see a spacious dining room with an incredible design. Right in front there is a living room with a comfortable sofa, TV and air conditioning. On leaving there is a small terrace and to your left a second living room where you can also enjoy your comfort. Finally, outside is the pool with a table, BBQ and chairs to enjoy the sun and / or BBQ. The Casamar complex also offers an excellent range of services and amenities that make the stay ideal for family groups or friends. There is a Water Park for children, and also the only night golf course in the Pacific Beach area. Guest access Once you access the Casamar front gate it’s just a short drive to the property. Drive until you see the first roundabout, take the 3rd exit that it will be on the left then about 20 meters after you will see a fork, take the left side and it will take you to Villa Rossana Duplex #1. The house has its own parking lot where you can park 2 to 3 cars Guests can access all of Casamar’s amenities: - Private Beach Club. - Las Olas restaurant (open 12am-8pm). - Children’s Water Park (10am – 5:30pm). - 2 swimming pools. - Beach-huts (reservation required). - 9-hole golf private golf-course w/ lights for night rounds! - Tennis Court. - Basketball Court. - Volleyball Court. - Jogging trail.
