Small room in a wonderful house

Small minimalist bedroom with everything a modern traveller need. The room has a table a double bed(small double bed, it's 48 inch wide). plenty of storages wardrobe, space under the bed to put luggages or other stuff you don't need every day. Private balcony with nice morning sun. The space We have a small room with a double bed to rent. The room is furnished with a desk, lamp, wardrobe and lamp. The room is connected to a a private balcony on a quiet street facing east. Perfect place to have your breakfast under the morning sun. ROOM - We're subletting one private room in our lovely house in Hochelaga. The room has a double bed (48 inch wide) with all the bedding, desk, wardrobe, lamp. Access to a private balcony with a chair and small table. HOUSE: The appartment is on two stories. The first floor has the kitchen open on a big open space with a dinning table and living room. The second floor is where the rooms are. So the second floor is quiet if you need space and privacy. PEOPLE- You'll be sharing the house with Özge, a Turkish girl, Colin and our sons Milo (born April 2019) and Ada (July 2024). We're in our late thirties, Özge loves cooking, sewing, and she is running her small business (confetti mill) . Colin loves filming, gardening, building stuff, skateboard, calisthenics, training, reading and writing. We love reading a lot and have nice books that you can borrow. We also love spending time with friends, cooking for them, spending times in the garden. GARDEN, which is full of plants, even chickens. We do farming so you have access to fresh veggies and eggs during the summer. The garden is pretty big to eat with friends outside and quiet to simply chill and read. Rooftop terrace with a container garden. TRANSPORT - the nearest metro is Viau, at the Olympic Stadium, or there is 34 Sainte Catherine, which stops literally 1 min from the house. There is also 125- Ontario that goes straight to the city center. We have a bike lane till our place from the city center. Tell us in advance if you need a bike, we'll see what we can do. Otherwise if you have a car, there is always place in the street. NEIGHBOURHOOD - This is a very french district of Montreal, close to Saint Laurent river (5 mins from the house). We love living here as we feel ourselves in a friendly hood rather than living in noisy and touristic districts full of shopping bags and cars and noise! We have public pools nearby or the gigantic olympic stadium is 15 mins on foot from the house. We have public markets where you can buy fresh bread, cheese, veggies and fruits and whatnot for a nice feast! AMENITIES - The kitchen is fully equipped, we have a bbq outside, we have internet, a piano, several guitars, and an ukulele, shortly some more instruments. We have a small gym at home with everything you need to stay in shape and a projector for movies nights. Kitchen, one bathroom on each floor and of course the beautiful garden. We love eating and sharing our life with the guests. We love our neighborhood and wouldn't live somewhere else in Montréal. There is a huge sense of community and we know all the neighbors around. Lots of cafés, restaurants and bars around. bus stops for number 34 on sainte-catherine or number 125 on ontario is on our street, so both very close, otherwise 15 min to the metro viau.
