Casa Alta is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home located near Napa's Oxbow Market and downtown. Each bedroom has a luxurious queen sized bed, fine linens and cozy bedding. The back yard is a world all it's own with gardens, hot tub, charcoal BBQ, and partially enclosed outdoor dining room and sitting area. One dog is considered for a $100.00 fee per stay that will be included in your nightly rate. Please tell us about your pet! The 1200 square foot house is a Devita style built in 1949. There is a courtyard in the front with potted plants and climbing Wisteria and the back yard is fully fenced and private. Guests have full access to the house, laundry room and private back yard. We live out of town, so we generally don't have any personal interaction with guests outside of phone calls or emails. However, we have a great local team that is available if needed! We are in a neighborhood called "Alta Heights". We are just to the East of the heart of downtown restaurants, nightlife and wine tasting rooms. There is an Elementary school close by, so be prepared to hear school bells on school days and children's laughter! You can walk into town in 10-15 minutes, but there is one hill that some might find challenging. A car is usually necessary or you can have wine tour groups pick you up at the house. This is a pet friendly property. However, please tell us more about your pet when you inquire. We do not accept dogs that are allowed on the furniture. If accepted, we charge a $100.00 fee plus tax for one dog.
