Make memories with your family playing billiards, Skee-ball, or ping pong. Challenge your kids on a two-player retro video game table in the newly renovated game room. Sing karaoke, play foos-ball, air hockey and more! Relax at the end of a long day at Disney or Universal in your hot tub or the 40 ft heated swimming pool. Watch a movie or play Jackbox TV in the theater room, or you can watch your movie from the pool or hot tub! This home is also equipped with a gym with treadmill. There are so many opportunities for family fun in this home, as well as enough space to spread out. It is fully equipped with every amenity you may need for a fun and comfortable stay.   The view from the upstairs balcony is fantastic and you watch the amazing Disney fireworks every night during your stay if you wish. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes  * You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay..
