Two large living rooms with 6-metre high ceilings and 17th century frescoes, each with individual stairs to the upper level mezzanine. The twin bedroom is located on the mezzanine overlooking the living room. The master bedroom is spacious and has a double bed and a single bed. There is a walk-in wardrobe with a safe, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the mezzanine of the master bedroom is a relaxation area with a large sofa and plenty of cushions. A second bathroom is available for guests also with a shower cabin. Up to five people can sit at the round table in the dining area, a workstation is provided, as well as free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Fully air-conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, American coffee machine and Nespresso machine. A washing machine, tumble dryer and clothesline are also available. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee before the kids get up, or an aperitif after a day sightseeing, or cooking with friends for a special occasion (using ingredients from the Campo de Fiori food market), having your own kitchen allows you to get the most out of a new city. Fresh sheets and towels, shower gel and shampoo are all provided. There are also cupboards and drawers available to hang and store your clothes during your stay, including a safe. The flat is located on the 1st floor of the building and is served by a lift. The location is incredible! Located at Via de Giubbonari 23, just minutes from Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, in the heart of ancient Rome. St. Peter's Basilica and Vatican Museums, Rome's Synagogues, Castel Sant'Angelo. Paolo alla Regola 34 - approximately 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. 2) Parking Via Giulia access from Lungotevere dei Tebaldi Via Bravaria.
