No need to sneak you in like the other listings in Downtown ➜ Similar to a hotel we have a small registration process that guests need to fill out. This is a residence building that in order to receive permission to AIRBNB, Identification is required for each guest. The requirement is from the HOA and not specifically from the unit owner. ➤This is downtown Los Angeles, the central location means it's a busy location with lots of activity. We have installed an extra noise proof windows to provide a much quieter experience. ➤ Please note, that you and any other guests over the age of 18, MUST provide a photo of a Government Issued ID AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE DAY OF CHECK-IN, so that we can register you all with our Building personnel. ➤ Building personnel will verify all guests IDs, the day of check-in. Feel free to send upon booking is confirmed, or we will send a reminder TWO DAYS BEFORE the check-in date. ➤ ** Only VISITORS that have been registered before checkin will be allowed. A maximum of 4 people can be registered to each condo. This is how we are one of the few LEGAL airbnb condos in downtown los angeles. Therefore, please make sure you send any and all IDs PRIOR to your check-in date. Failure to do so 24 hours before the check-in date, will result to your reservation being cancelled with NO REFUNDS due to breaking of Building rules.** Guest access ➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit as well as the amenities: pool, gym, etc. Other things to note ➤ We just added sound proof windows so that outside noise doesn't interrupt the sleep. We are excited about this new addition as it is the only unit in this building to have this add on. ➤ There is a convenience store and a CVS that are available on the block. ➤ No marijuana or cigarette smoking allowed. The smell sticks to the apartment and makes it very difficult to rent out the next day. Also, neighbors can smell and a fine will be levied. ➤ Please note that this is a residential building and not a hotel. Please, strictly no business activity allowed inside the building or unit (music video, paint/art selling, business meetings etc.) ➤ A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID is required upon booking or at least 24 hours before check-in. A physical ID must also be presented upon arrival, as building personnel do not accept photos on a phone. ➤ There will be no unregistered guests that will be accepted in the building during check-in following the contract for Airbnb rentals in this family-owned unit. ➤The property does have both heating and A/C .
