A beautifully decorated and spacious one bedroom apartment in a stately and gated residence located in a very upscale and safe neighborhood. King size bed with premium mattress and beddings plus two queen size sofa beds. Two Smart TVs. Ultra fast WiFi. A spacious and brand new kitchen with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances. Bathroom that boasts a Toto bidet. A private and spacious covered patio. Your home away from home. Only 10 min from Rideout hospital. The space The space is completely private with separate entry and covered patio and is available exclusively for you to enjoy. (Please be advised that other guests will pass through the patio to go to their suite which is directly behind the apartment.) Guest access You are welcome to look at the koi pond. Please do not feed the fish or throw anything into the pond. If you want to look at our backyard beyond the koi pond, please check with us first. Our neighbor dog Sadie visits often. She is a very sweet dog and will always be on a leash. Please be advised that we reserve the rights to refuse permission to anyone without any explanation given. We also have yoga mat and kayaks for guests to use. The kayak launch is only 10 minutes from here. Please let us know one day before you want to use them and we’ll have them ready for you to use. Other things to note To maximize our guest’s comfort, we have installed a Toto bidet. Please take great care of it to allow other guests to enjoy it as well. Please note there is a surcharge of $15/guest per night after the first two guests. Additionally, smoking or vaping of any kind, either inside or outside, is strictly prohibited. If you chose to smoke in our apartment, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued. We will also charge You $500 to deep clean the apartment to get rid of the smoke plus all applicable replacement costs of beddings etc. Our place is not suitable for party and/or event. Our property is built on a 5 acre parcel so we have very little interference from our neighbors which ensures your privacy and safety. No animals including service animals are allowed due to severe allergies. Our well water is fully treated and is safe for human consumption. By booking you have agreed to accept and comply with our terms and conditions.
