The space The 50 m² apartment with separate entrance is located in a duvet (formerly horse farm station). The listed half-timbered house was renovated in 2019. Due to the underfloor heating in the apartment, a year-round rental is possible. The cottage consists of a combined living-bedroom, a bedroom, a kitchen, a hallway as well as a bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. From the hallway with wardrobe, you enter the bathroom, the living room and the bedroom with double bed. In the living room there is a cozy couch that folded out offers a sleeping option for 2 people, a living wall, flat-screen TV and radio as well as a small table with 2 armchairs. The fully equipped kitchen has a sitting area with 4 chairs as well as an electric stove with hotplates and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc. From the living room and from the breakfast table, you can look out onto green pastures that extend up to the forest. In good weather, have breakfast in the meadow in front of the house, not far from the stork's nest. Every year, under guarantee, a stork couple in town (good for family planning).
