The Patterson Mansion was originally a private home built in 1919 by the owner Samuel F. Patterson. The bathrooms are modern. The bath includes ceramic floors, modern bathroom fixtures shower and pedestal sink. security cameras are located outside of the building. No smoking facility. The space 25% discount for 7 nights, 50% for registering for 30 nights or more. The Patterson Manson is on the historic registry and you are registering for room 116 facing Roanoke Avenue. The Patterson mansion was originally a private home built in 1919 by the owner Samuel F. Patterson. There is no kitchen but outside your door there is a very large concrete patio that you could enjoy eating dinner or breakfast. The view from the patio includes approximately 1/2 acre grass lawn between you and the main street . You are situated in the heart of Roanoke Rapids on the main Street in walking distance of shopping and dining. The new rescue squad and fire department are located within sight of the building. You will be located just five minutes from the lake, river, paper-mill and the Halifax Regional Medical Center Hospital. Guest access This space is completely private, nothing is shared. During your stay I am available for questions by text or phone 252-537-5700 Other things to note We manage the temp, PLEASE don't adjust the HVAC. We set it to 72 degrees in the cool season and 74 in the warm season to conserve energy. We set prices according to normal usage of HVAC and if you're a person that needs extremely warm or cool conditions please contact us prior to renting. No smoking!
