Vacation Home and Residence

The largest house on the island. Boasting a large living area plus 3 bedrooms, the Kieser residence can comfortably house 4 adults and 6 children. The main open plan living area includes a western kitchenette, an island bench, a large lounge and plasma TV connected to the internet. The living area is large, open plan and flows out onto the deck. Each of the 2 stone bathrooms boasts a full-sized bathtub, shower, gas hot water heater and a flushable toilet. The space The House is located on an island which is 22km away from the City of Sihanoukville. The house is just a near the beach so just a few walks ahead and guests can enjoy basking in the sun and swimming. The house has been made to accommodate a large family who likes to travel and be able to live comfortably during their vacation days. Guest access Guests can access most of the things present in the house. Though any breakages or any damages will be charged to the guests. Other things to note The House is associated with the Top Resort on the island which is Sol Beach Resort. Activities are limited to such, Snorkeling, Diving, Trekking, Fishing, Swimming, Kayaking and Walking. Restaurants would be everywhere, and there is also the Sol Beach Restaurant. The island is only accessible by Ferries only. There are no cars nor motorbikes currently at the island.
