La Casa di Mary is in its ninth year of experience in the sector. Nestled in the Umbrian countryside, just 4 km from Amelia, La Casa di Mary is a private villa for exclusive use, ideal for families and groups. It can accommodate up to 12 people seeking privacy, comfort, and relaxation. The property offers enchanting views of the hills and surrounding nature. Outside, you'll find a porch for regenerating breakfasts al fresco or lunches and dinners at sunset with a view, and a garden with a barbecue equipped for convivial moments outdoors. The house is composed of two apartments with separate entrances: • Ground floor (sleeps 8): living room, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin), and 2 full bathrooms. Double sofa bed in the living room for the 7th and 8th guests (unless otherwise requested). Basement (from 9th guest): large living room with fireplace, tables and chairs for everyone, kitchen, double bedroom, full bathroom, and double sofa bed. (Unless otherwise requested). Guests also have access to a saltwater pool with sun loungers, where they can relax while admiring the surrounding hills. Therefore, the property will be completely exclusive.
