Tamworth Farm Stay in Writer's Cottage #323

Authentically Rustic, Quintessentially Cozy Writer's Cottage #323 is tucked into a wooded area on White Gates Farm. Equipped with kitchen, bathroom, outdoor shower, wifi on the farm. Cottage comes with bacon and eggs to cook breakfast and all you can eat "pick your own" vegetables (when in season). Hike in the area, visit the village of Tamworth, bike ride, or just stay on the farm. You can even pitch in with chores during certain hours. Well behaved pets on leashes welcomed at a nominal fee. The space White Gates Farm is a working farm. We raise Blonde D'Aquitaine Beef Cattle and laying hens year round, broiler chickens and pigs in the summer. There is a high tunnel greenhouse, a starter house, and gardens. The hosts live in the farmhouse on the property. The farm hosts pizza nights with live music on many weekend nights in the summer and fall. Pizza can be ordered up to two weeks in advance to avoid sellouts. As well, they host a farm to table dinner tour occasionally during the warm season. The views are wonderful. A swimming pond is available. The area has many hiking trails, and Tamworth is becoming a destination. North Conway is a short 30 minute drive in one direction and Meredith is 30 minutes in the other direction. Guest access Wifi may be spotty at times and guests are welcome to use the farm's backyard picnic area. We will acclimate you to your surroundings and let you know where you can "roam". Other things to note Pizza nights are held on select weekend dates throughout the open months from Mid-May through Mid-October. They include live music and BYOB and are quite popular and do sell out in the high summer season quite often. Pizzas can be ordered up to two weeks in advance, and the owners try to keep their cottage guests in mind when a sellout is imminent. They can send you ordering information along with contact information once you have booked with them. For protection, Airbnb does not allow this ahead of time
