Lux Casa Histria - with heated pool & jacuzzi

This newly built stone villa, just a few kilometers from the capital city of Istria, Pazin. It's a perfect getaway for you to relax and enjoy the beauty and peace of the countryside of central Istria. House contains a newly build park for the kids (swings, teeter). Pool & jacuzzi are heated. The space This nice and pleasant new stone house combines of three big bedrooms and three bathrooms, a comfortable living room (sofa can be used as an extra bed for two persons), kitchen sharing dining room, wine room, gym, and sauna. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of pine, oak and olive trees in a huge garden or swim in a big heated swimming pool or jacuzzi. In the garden, there is a typical Istrian kitchen which can be used for cooking and making barbecue. Guest access This fenced villa is exclusive for the guests, as well as a barbecue area and swimming pool. Closed parking is available in front of the house. Other things to note We offer homemade wine, olive oil, vinegar, honey, and many more - all made by our family members.
