The Little Cozy

**We are on the US side ** This is a cottage/ranch older home. Nothing fancy. The pictures show all the rooms and everything inside. Washer and dryer located in basement. Wi-Fi and Netflix included. Driveway for parking is on the premises. We live behind the home and 30 seconds away. There is a keycode for entry which will be provided day of check in. Self check in. PLEASE READ AND REVIEW THE HOUSE RULES/BOOKING SETTINGS, TO MAKE SURE THE LISTING FITS YOUR NEEDS. The space The pictures will show all the rooms in the house. It's spacious. And has all amenities we hope you need and would want. FREE laundry machines in basement with detergents. Driveway for parking. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Entry is the side door where the keypad is located. And there is washer and dryer in the basement as well. There is also a backyard. and a front porch. Other things to note We are a self check-in, however we do practice social distancing.
