Entire use of one bedroom cottage, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Location is semi-rural location with the advantage of shops, restaurants and pubs close by (5 mins drive). Private entrance and parking. Garden is secure at back area, and dog friendly. Larger dogs need to be approved. Private use of the hot tub set in a summerhouse. Country parks close by. Local train lines to Glasgow or Edinburgh for shopping trips, theatre and nightlife. Glasgow Air (25 mins) & Edinburgh Air (40 mins). The space You have full use of a luxurious renovated one bedroom cottage with additional sofa bed in the common area. The cottage can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child under 10. It is set in its own private gardens with fantastic views. You have private use of an amazing Hydrotherapy Hot Tub set inside the summerhouse. The Hot Tub features 4 lit fountains and has built-in blue-tooth speakers. There is rattan furniture with comfortable cushions provided also. The living room is spacious with comfortable couch and. chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials and with coffee machine, air fryer and slow cooker and has a lovely breakfast bar. There is a double bedroom with king size bed and spacious built in wardrobe. The bungalow has excellent central heating. The spacious bathroom has a double shower and his and her sinks. There is key safe access so it is advantageous for no contact. We are dog friendly - maximum 2 small/medium dogs, large breeds will be considered. We need to be made aware of breeds booking in and dogs must be kept supervised at all times. There is a welcome pack provided and this is altered in accordance with the guests we have. The cottage is surrounded by amazing woodland and has lovely country walks. Guest access Entire cottage with private parking and full private use of hot tub. Other things to note It's a 10 acre small holding so plenty of space for you to roam around. There are woods beside us for lovely walks. Wellies required or walking boots in the wet weather. We operate a working Kennels on the premises, as well as a small livery yard for horses. Everything is secure so no animals roaming free.
