Cloudbreak Upstairs/ Fantastic 360 degree view

Cloudbreak sits just below heaven and above The famous Surfer’s Beach. You have beautiful 360 degrease views of the colorful Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea. Sunrise and Sunset are a daily spectacular event on our spacious porches. This is the perfect spot to get away and unplug. Explore, Get Wet, Relax, Repeat. The space Welcome to our home. Cloudbreak is the private, upstairs apartment of our two story home which is fully AIR CONDITIONED. It is solid concrete with Hurricane/security doors and all of the amenities that go along with a substantial home. The Upstairs has it's own private stairwell entrance and parking. Kitchen includes: Microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, crock pot, blenders, rice cooker, pots/pans, silver ware, dish ware, and more. Sleeping arrangements: Upstairs has a private bedroom with queen bed and a queen futon in the open living room, sleeps three/ four. Families are always welcome. We also include: 2 person kayak, cooler, beach tent, beach towels, boogie boards. Car rentals: Please contact us for information. Airports: We are in between the North Eleuthera Airport and the Governor's Harbour Airport. We are thirty minutes to either airport. Check with United, Silver Airways, American, and Bahamas Air. There are direct flights from Ft. Lauderdale and Miami, Florida. Connections from Nassau can be made please call us for assistance. We have made our home an oasis to be enjoyed. Unfortunately, we do not host all inquiries. We require kind and polite dialogue between us and our guests. For this reason we do not participate in instant book. Each home in the Bahamas is unique and we need our guests to follow some simple instructions. Following these instructions keeps your vacation and our home running smoothly. We will gladly share our rental agreement and all instructions prior to your booking. We want you to have a fantastic vacation. We also participate in Value Added Tax of our booking fees. It is a requirement of the Bahamian government. We also hold a Bahamian Business license. These are the requirements for a short term rental. Any rental who does not have the above is not legally operating in the Bahamas. Guest access Guest for the upstairs apartment have complete privacy to the upstairs front and rear porches. Parking for upstairs is in the rear drive. You also have access to the rear outdoor shower. Guests have access to guest recreational equipment which include a two person kayak, 4 boogie boards and two surf boards. In addition our friends at Surfer's Haven can rent you surf boards, stand up paddle boards, snorkeling gear and adventure tours. Other things to note Please make your reservations for your taxi (arrival and departure) or rental car in advance. Have them meet you at your airport. Re-check these arrangements two days prior to your arrival. Nothing happens fast in the Bahamas being well prepared is essential to your vacation. The Bahamas is an English speaking country and all of our correspondence and written directions will be in English. It is essential that we be able to communicate with each other for a well planned vacation.
