You are 8 minutes to the town center, with its shops, restaurants, markets, and rich Bimini History , and 2 minutes to the Seaplane and Ferry Terminal . Water Charges: Water Rate - $ 0.45 per gallon (metered). Electricity Rates (if required) Daily Electricity Rates Electric Charges: At this time electricity is charged with a flat rate of $50( 30 amp) and $110( 50 amp) per day. Electricity is not metered.. Electricity rates (per kwh) may change without notice. Guests will receive a full propane tank for the grill upon arrival. Once this tank is emptied, guests are responsible for refilling it at their own cost. Alternatively, guests can opt to pay $100 to our management company to have the tank replaced.
