Freshly renovated in 2018, this private, attached country studio boasts beautiful mountainous sunset views, and is located on a secure, shared, fenced and gated 2+ acre property, with paved street access right to property entrance. If arriving late please bring food with you, as there are not a large selection of restaurants open late right nearby. The space Centrally located in beautiful West Golden Valley, halfway between Kingman AZ and Laughlin NV, nestled close to the scenic Black Mountains, this private yet attached granny unit guest quarters boasts amazing sunset views to the West. All freshly updated with modern amenities, full function kitchen with LP stovetop, double door fridge, convection oven, microwave, single serve k-cup coffee, large walk in closet, Samsung 46" Smart TV with 30+/- digital TV channels plus Netflix. This unit is on a fenced and gated 2.3 acre property, with motion sensing flood lighting at entry. Besides an occasional car passing, the area is very quiet. The lockable sliding door at entrance plus four separate windows let in lots of light, or all can be shuttered for privacy! There are two interior doors in the space, one leads to a large walk-in closet and the other to a spacious private bathroom. The unit is private, the sliding door is the only entrance/exit. There are no interior doors connecting it to the rest of the home. There is a double insulated solid wall which attaches the studio to the rest of the house. This an animal and pet free studio, so it's kept very clean. Both the queen mattress on the bed and the convertible futon are memory foam for sleeping comfort. Please note that I may be staying in the main house portion (during your stay) which this granny unit apartment studio is attached to. There is also a travel trailer about 80 feet out in the yard, on the opposite side of the house, which is rarely occupied.
