The space Sunny side up is on my the 3rd floor with great views over the pool, its south facing with lovely winter sun on both balconies facing an amazing pool. In the summer hot months we have full air conditioning to keep you cool. There are two comfortable generous king size beds , with blackout curtains in all rooms for a good nights sleep, plenty of storage space, and a safe in the room. Theres a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge with smart TV, the Wi fi is also good in this apartment, you will get the first 80gb for free, you only pay for your own usage .There is a lift to take you straight down to the pool with sun loungers available and restaurant . There is a washing machine in the kitchen, or you can use the laundry service at very reasonable rates. There is Free parking. There is also a Gym, Spa, shop,and on request you can book the hot tub on the roof where there are stunning sunsets over the mountains and sunrise over sea. There is a sports bar and restaurant .over the road as well as our own on site .as well as other restaurants also in walking distance. The beach is a 10 minute walk and is popular with surfers, and water sports. There is also horse riding stables close by, you can see them from our roof. Aqua palms is in a growing area and great value for money. Close to the top end Marina of El Gouna , Hurgharda , and 20 mins from the airport. Guest access Access, to all amenities, the apartment and balconies are for your private use Other things to note Fantastic value for money and your on the doorstep to the upmarket town El Gouna with it’s beautiful shops, restaurants and Marina. You will need ID at the gates. Local food prices are extremely reasonable,it’s only a 5 minute drive. 4 km. you are around 20 minute drive into Hurgharda, and the airport. Local restaurants and travel (bus and taxi) are very cheap. Wi fi is available, data is pay as you go, with a router in the room for those who work from home
