Great for visiting nurses or business travel. One designated parking space off alley access. Minimum 1 month stay. Guests will have complete & sole use of the apartment which has it's own private entrance. Kitchen has gas stove, microwave, crockpot, food processor, refrigerator, toaster oven, Keurig, garbage disposal, pots/pans, plates & utensils. Relax in a comfy recliner in the living room while you stream your favorite shows. Or enjoy watching the sunrise or reading while savoring your favorite drink out on your private deck. Guest are given a code and will have complete and sole access to the apartment. The apartment is on the second floor and only has stair access. We like our guests to feel at home. We try to personally greet and welcome each guest and help them get oriented to the apartment & the area. We enjoy getting to know our guests but also respect their time and space. We live on the property and guests are given our phone number so they can txt or call us. We are retired, have been married for over 45 years, and we are non-smokers. We love spending time with our friends, family and grandchildren. We especially love traveling and learning about new places. Quite neighborhood with dozens of restaurants in walking distance. Wide variety of shopping options from antiques to Walmart and a mall. Easy walking distance to train, library, shops, hospital and fair. Close to freeway access. Sounder train can easily take you from Tacoma, south to Olympia or north to Seattle.
