This bedroom is on the 2nd floor in our SOLARPOWERED house in University City . It is ideal for medical/professional guests who enjoy the comfort of a SPACIOUS bedroom to study or prepare for interview. Our location is 7-min walk to USMLE center. EZ access to bus#40, trolley#10, or MFL subway. FREE on-street parking. This PRIVATE ROOM accommodates 2 people. You will share common space (living-room, dining-room and kitchen) with other guests. The PRIVATE BATHROOM is inside your bedroom. The space Reservations at our house are preferentially given to our medical/professional guests who need either a quiet environment to study for their board exams or to relax and prepare for the interviews. Guest access Instruction on how to gain access to the house and the bedroom will be visible on the Airbnb app on the day of your check-in. During your stay Guest can have as much or as little interactions with us as they prefer. We also live in this house so if there is any thing that we can provide to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know Other things to note 1./ STRICTLY A SMOKE FREE HOME. Please do NOT smoke within 25 feet of the main entrance (including e-cigarette, chewing tobacco , weeds, vaping ...) 2./ We don't wear shoes in the house. REMOVE YOUR SHOES at the entrance, you can leave the SHOES on the SHOES RACK. 3./ NO OUTSIDE VISITORS allowed (only the people on the reservation may enter the house) . 4./ Our QUIET HOURS from 10 PM to 7 AM. The kitchen amenities will be limited during those hours. (Stove & oven will be OFF).
