The water source is running faucet water that comes from a well. Cabin Heat comes from a wooded stove. The backyard is accessible, but be careful of old wood and sharp stones. The cabin may have small amounts of dust due to the wood-burning fireplace. WiFi is a 12m/b satellite connection and works best in a clear sky. Cell service is poor in certain locations and stronger in other locations (the best stop is located at the main door) Due to the location of the cabin, it is a common issue for all residents to deal with and try to control outside critters entering the cabin. Security cameras on outside premises will be recording motion during reservations for guest and host protection. Located on the cabin-facing driveway and the second camera faces the main door. Guest access Secluded cabin with lots of parking. property is 2 areas of land but does not have a clear indication of the property line so be mindful of trespassing. Other things to note Currently there are Wifi with 12m/b download speeds but no cable TV. There is a TV that you can attach electronics to. Cellphone signal is not strong but you will be able to pick up a few bars at certain locations within the cabin. Stove top (convection) no oven Wood stove is a great source of heat during the winter months. ***firewood are for wood stove only NOT for fire pit. Seasonal hunting area (normal hunting activity during hunting months) During the summer months the weather is great when it comes to staying cool as the trees block out the sun so no need for fans for AC. All essentials amenities like hot water, stove and refrigerator are available on the property. Small amount of personal items around the cabin like tools ect.
