Enjoy the main floor of this centrally located mountain chalet duplex. 943 sqft surrounded by woods & the sounds of Camp Creek in the backyard. 3 bdrm/2 queen 2 twin/1 bath with wraparound deck, cozy living room with gas fireplace, & dining w/ forest views. This unit within the main cabin can host up to 6 people. Great for families or small groups. A block from the Govy General Store, the Huckleberry, Charlie's, the Ratskellar, and the High Mountain Cafe. The space The chalet lower unit has 3 individual rooms, two bedrooms have queens and one bedroom has two twins. Can comfortably sleep 6 people. Cozy communal living area with gas fireplace, wraparound deck, and dining nook with amazing forest views. Listen to the soothing sounds of Camp Creek. Surrounded by trees, feels remote, yet just a block to town! Guest access Self checkin using an automated keypad lock. Guests can access the main floor of the chalet duplex only, (main floor lower unit). There are two parking lots - this unit utilizes the lower west lefthand driveway at this time (2 spots). Do not park in the other upper driveway. Do not hang out of the driveway or park on the street, or you could get towed. There is additional parking on the main street in Govt Camp. Feel free to pull up and quickly unload, and then park down below. (Please notify us immediately if there is a vehicle illegally parked in the lower unit driveway). Other things to note There are TWO parking spaces for this unit (left hand lower lot). Additional parking in town just a block away. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE UPPER UNIT LOT! If you get up early to go skiing or come home late from the bar, please respect the neighbors in the alternate unit, as well as next door, by not stomping around in your ski boots or making excessive noise. This is NOT optional!! Winter safety notice: During snowy or icy conditions, guests must arrive prepared with appropriate traction tires or chains, and traction footwear (such as Yaktrax or similar) for safe movement outdoors. Mountain conditions can change quickly, and public access areas are outside the host’s control. Thanks!
