In our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage on the water with both an open deck and sun room, we provide everything you need for a great vacation except the water lapping up against the seawall...we couldn't make that any better than it already is. Good times don't get any simpler than this. The space The thought of summer at Hamilton Lake is what keeps us going all year long. There are so many great activities to enjoy. If you're bringing your boat, there is a dock available to tie up at the house, a free public boat ramp right around the corner, and available space for boat trailer parking at the house if needed. Clark's Marina just two minutes down the road also has a ton of great rentals! If boating isn't your style, head over to Cold Springs Resort right down the road and enjoy the 18-hole golf course that's basically your backyard. The golf course is extremely inexpensive at around $9-16 per game and a great way to spend an afternoon with friends. At night, check out the vintage basement bar and grab some food and a drink from the same family that has owned it for decades. Once per month in the summer they also have a 1950s-style dance in the dance hall where you'll see the whole town come out to enjoy the band. Guest access For larger parties, we also own the house next door. If interested in renting both, please inquire with us about availability. Because of this, you also have a large swimming area all to yourself so feel free to do some laps!
