Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms and two full baths all with vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom boasts a tub and double headed shower. The two guestrooms offer queen size beds and the home comfortably sleeps 6 people. The house features radiant heated floors and a large amount of south facing windows for a true feeling of being in the woods while being warm and cozy. The covered back porch offers a hot tub and opens onto lawn, patios and a vast forest preserve all year round. After a day of outdoor adventure, enjoy the "best night sleep" you have had in years with only the sound of the birds and the wind in the trees! Family friendly Homewood Resort is a 5 minute drive and Palisades resorts a 30 minute drive. Spring & summer offers hiking, and mountain biking right out the doors on beautiful trails that take you to Sugar Pine State Park and any number of areas including to the lake. Lake Tahoe iconic beaches and sites are all within minutes away Sugar Pine State Park, Emerald Bay, Meeks Bay, Hurricane Bay, and Chambers Landing to name a few. There are water ski schools, boat rentals and golf courses nearby. Hiking and mountain biking in Tahoe is world-renowned with the Flume Trail and the Desolation Wilderness a short drive away.
