Desert Holly is an authentic mid century modern, single family home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in historic Racquet Club Estates. It has been tastefully updated with modern amenities and period-appropriate decor. The open-concept great room features clerestory windows and large sliders that open up to a quarter-acre yard with a pool, lush grounds and mature hedges that offer complete privacy. We're dog friendly, with no extra deposit. City of Palm Springs ID #1970. The space The home has a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. New washer and dryer. Great mountain views from the backyard! If you would like the pool heated for the cooler months, please let us know, and a $100 per day (consecutive days with a 3-day minimum) heating fee will be separately charged after you book. The pool pump and heater operate from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily. Guest access Our local concierge we will provide the guest with an access code for our Nest door lock. Other things to note We clean to protect against Covid-19. We have a professional cleaning crew that cleans and disinfects all surfaces, including door handles, leaving the house sparkly clean!
