In the heart of zip code 78704, which includes the best Austin has to offer. Look forward to welcoming you! The space Hi! Here's a fabulous little cottage for you for your upcoming Austin adventure. Stay in style: vintage meets mod, 2 amazing swing chairs for ultimate relaxation, and a lovely deck with a pond built into it that you can dip your feet into or just gaze upon as you enjoy the sounds of the soothing fountain after a long day of live music/race-car gawking/shopping/taco-inhaling/whatever it is that brings you to Austin. Awesome location -- totally bikeable to Zilker and in a nice, quiet location, but very close to tons of cool coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants (recommendations available -- check my guidebook for details or ask me!) A short walk to South Lamar, you can catch a bus to downtown or the east side in a few minutes, or over to bustling South Congress. There is a queen-sized bed and a long couch that's very comfortable to sleep on in one room, and a full-sized bed in the other. I can provide inflatable beds for up to 2 extra people (for a total of 7 at the very maximum). Guest access Wi-fi, street parking (on in the driveway if you prefer), a speaker you can use w/bluetooth, etc. For longer stays, I provide some light breakfast items. Other things to note I have an awesome cat. She is very low maintenance, but if you're allergic or feline-averse, this isn't a great choice.
